2nd Catholic church opens in Abu Dhabi

Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican’s Secretary of State, traveled to the United Arab Emirates, where he dedicated Abu Dhabi’s second Catholic church.
The church will minister to Catholic migrant workers in the Muslim nation.
“We thank the rulers for providing an attractive environment where Christians feel accepted and are able to live their own identity and to practice their religious beliefs,” said Bishop Paul Hinder, apostolic vicar of Southern Arabia.
