Pope meets with Ecuador’s president

Pope Francis met privately on April 28 with President Rafael Correa of Ecuador, who was in Rome attending a workshop on climate change sponsored by the Pontifical Academy of Science.
The Pontiff will visit Bolivia, Ecuador, and Paraguay in July.
