Bishop shows solidarity following attack on Palestinian mosque

October 24, 2014

An auxiliary bishop of Jerusalem has visited a Palestinian village to express solidarity following a firebomb attack on a mosque.

“Such acts do not encourage peace and only serve to stir up hatred and strengthen the ideological wall that already separates the two peoples,” said Bishop William Shomali.

Israel’s president has condemned the attack.

There's a lot you don't hear or read about in the American News Media regarding the atrocities and dehumanizing treatment of the Palestinians. Does solidarity with the Jews mean that the U.S. and the RCC must give unconditional support to Israel even when Israel is in the wrong? Or is Israel always right no matter what?

Funny you never hear the reverse, stating solidarity with the Jews when the Palestinians bomb or shoot people. Or is it?
