Vatican, Viet officials resume talks to improve ties

Vatican representatives are meeting with Vietnamese government officials in Hanoi this week, in the 5th of a series of meetings aimed at improving ties and eventually restoring full diplomatic relations.
Msgr. Anthony Camilleri, the undersecretary for relations with states, heads the Vatican delegation; his counterpart is Bui Thanh Sdn, Vietnam’s deputy foreign minister.
