Nigerian officials worry terrorists might disguise themselves as nuns

Government officials in Nigeria have raised an alarm about the possibility that terrorist bombers might disguise themselves as Catholic nuns.

Following the theft of a number of nuns’ habits from a shop in Kano, officials released a bulletin warning that, in light of terrorist bombings by women in recent months, the theft of the habits “heightens concerns about the possibility of terrorist elements using same to perpetrate acts of terror.”
