Vatican launches Arabic-language web site
May 26, 2014
The Vatican has inaugurated an Arabic-language version of the Holy See’s web site, Vatican.va.
The Vatican press office announced the new site during the Pope’s trip to the Holy Land, saying that it was “a gift from the Holy Father to the Arabic-speaking faithful.” The Arabic site will be accessible by computer and mobile devices; Vatican documents in Arabic translated will eventually be added to the archives.
