Christian neighborhoods in Pakistan’s capital face demolition; church destroyed

A Pakistani judge has ordered a municipal agency in Islamabad, the nation’s capital, to demolish at least ten poor neighborhoods in which 5,000 Christian families live, according to a Fides news agency report.

Elsewhere, Muslim extremists destroyed a Protestant church that was under construction in Okara district, which is located in the eastern province of Punjab.

    Are all our progressive Western prelates paying attention? Those prelates who constantly preach irenicism vis-à-vis Mohammedanism? Who mistakenly think unspeakable violence and hatred are an aberration rather than the heart and soul of Islam?
