Christian neighborhoods in Pakistan’s capital face demolition; church destroyed

A Pakistani judge has ordered a municipal agency in Islamabad, the nation’s capital, to demolish at least ten poor neighborhoods in which 5,000 Christian families live, according to a Fides news agency report.
Elsewhere, Muslim extremists destroyed a Protestant church that was under construction in Okara district, which is located in the eastern province of Punjab.
