2 churches in Vienna vandalized
December 18, 2013
Two churches in Vienna have been vandalized in recent weeks, according to the Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination against Christians, which documents anti-Christian incidents in Europe.
Political slogans were spray painted on the 19th-century neo-Gothic Votive Church. At another parish, “candle holders were stolen and a cross was vandalized by destroying the corpus,” the Observatory stated.
