Dubuque archdiocese reaches $5.2 million settlement with abuse victims

The Archdiocese of Dubuque, Iowa, has reached a $5.2 million settlement with victims of sexual abuse.
“I am sorry on so many levels,” Archbishop Michael Jackels said as he announced the settlement, which is the 4th in a series of agreements the archdiocese has reached with abuse victims.
