Nearly 10% of members of Congress are Jesuit-educated

52 of the 535 members of Congress attended a Jesuit college or university, according to the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. 21 of them attended Georgetown University.

The Jesuit members of Congress include 11 senators and 41 representatives.

In all, 30.6% of members of the new Congress are Catholic.

    Maybe they would do a better job if they had a Catholic education!
