Bishops in the Philippines are continuing their opposition to reproductive health legislation backed by President Benigno Aquino.
“We will continue with meetings, conferences, protests, marches,” said Bishop Ruperto Santos of Balanga. “I personally urge everyone to believe in the Lord's cause, in the values of the Gospel, and to support the thesis that we have been carrying on for months,” added Archbishop Jose Palma of Cebu.
