Nigeria: police monitor churches, mosques

In an effort to counter the spread of the Islamist terrorist group Boko Haram, police in the south-central state of Kogi, Nigeria, are monitoring sermons at churches and mosques.
In July, the group bombed two churches in the central Nigerian city of Suleja, killing three.
