Belgian abuse victims plan lawsuit against Vatican

A group of sex-abuse victims in Belgium plans to bring a lawsuit against the Vatican.
A lawyer for the victims conceded that many potential litigants had dropped out of the case, after hearing an expert’s report that the suit was likely to fail. The lawyer said that this was “another attempt to intimidate victims.”
