Pope meets leader of Montenegro; Vatican announces new pact

Pope Benedict XVI met on June 24 with Prime Minister Igor Luksic of Montenegro. Their discussions centered on a new accord between Montenegro and the Holy See, establishing the legal status of Catholic institutions in that country, which was announced on the same day.
