Moscow authorities close down Orthodox soup kitchen

The city council in Moscow has ordered an Orthodox parish to close down a soup kitchen that feeds dozens of homeless people.

The city council said that the soup kitchen harms the image of the city of Moscow. The parish is located near the mayor's office.
