Sri Lanka: relief agency trains widows to take post-war leadership

As Sri Lanka struggles to recover from the effects of a long and bloody civil war, officials of Caritas International, the Catholic relief agency, are forming women's organizations to assume local leadership in war-torn regions where the male population was decimated by the fighting.
