As I announced last week, we have added a new blog on the Liturgical Year. Jennifer Miller Gregory's second post—the first for Advent—is now available: Collect-ing for Advent. Give Jenn lots of feedback!

This is an expression of hope for a future which is currently marred by severe difficulties in fundraising since October. We absolutely must raise $14,000 more over the next nine days to be eligible to receive a $35,000 challenge grant this year.

This will make all the difference, and your gift now will count twice. If you haven't yet, please help!

Speaking of possibilities and limitations, I wonder what the upcoming curial reform will bring? Still in the planning stages, it is nonetheless the big story today: Council of Cardinals meets, plans major overhaul of Roman Curia....
