Everyone in the Western world is suffering from an increasingly militant and intolerant secularism, enforced by the modern State. In the wake of the most recent electoral news in the United States, Phil Lawler and I both reflect on a much needed world-wide change of strategy:

For those following the HHS Mandate in the United States, Bob Marshall (Virginia House of Delegates) has introduced a pair of bills which require insurance carriers who offer immoral coverage in Virginia to offer equivalent health insurance without it—a highly-recommended state strategy. Those interested can study these materials, including an FAQ on the Mandate, and work to get similar bills introduced in other states....
