Religion must permeate our entire existence, and cannot be restricted to Sundays. Rather, it should provide the basis for the rhythm of our daily life, in which we pray, work, and interact as a family.

DIRECTIONS

Religion is not merely a matter for Sundays and holydays of obligation. Rather, it is the framework on which all of life is built. Rather than a set of laws to be kept, it should be the inspiration of your every act and every thought. It is essential to your happiness. Each day set apart may seem to mean little; but, held together by our religion, the days become, as it were, a great whole, the Christian way of life.

As parents you must go about the usual business of living, constantly aware of forming and shaping Christ in the young lives you have brought into the world. You need not be oppressed or troubled; you need not fret or worry about the outcome. If you follow the principles of living as set down by the Church, you will know that you are doing right and can hope for the best results. Learn to have confidence in the wise supervision of the all-seeking, all-knowing, and all-loving Father of families.
