Azerbaijan: worshippers face arrest under law on 'religious freedom'

Protestant groups in Azerbaijan report that they have been threatened with arrest for gathering on Sunday morning to pray—under the terms of a new law that is touted as a guarantee of religious freedom.
The new regulations bar religious activities by groups that have not officially registered with the government, and registration is a long and cumbersome process.
