Catholic World News - April 07, 2011
The Cuban government has continued its release of political prisoners, sending 37 dissidents to live in freedom in Spain.
Under the terms of an agreement brokered by Cardinal Jaime Ortega y Alamino of Havana, the Cuban government is releasing 75 political prisoners. Most have accepted exile in Spain, although some are insisting that they will remain in Cuba.
