Cuba will release last political prisoners

The Cuban government has agreed to release the last political prisoners from a group of 75 arrested in 2003.
The release of prisoners has been negotiated by the Catholic Church, with Cardinal Jaime Ortega Alamino of Havana reaching a series of agreements with President Raul Castro that have freed prisoners in several stages.
