Cuba releases 4 more political prisoners
CWN - February 11, 2011
The Cuban government is releasing 4 more political prisoners, as the result of negotiations with Catholic Church leaders.
Church spokesman Orlando Marquez in Havana announced on February 11 that the four prisoners-- Felipe Ramon Pino, Osmel Aguilera, Juan Junior Padron, and Rafael Jorrin—would be released from prison and sent into exile in Spain along with their families. They will join 41 other former Cuban prisoners who traveled to Spain last year after being released.
