Irish government lagging in service to sex-abuse victims, doctor says
Catholic World News - December 14, 2010
An Irish doctor has complained that public services for children who are victims of sexual abuse are inadequate, citing inadequate funding for 24-hour counseling services.
This complaint is directed against the government rather than the Catholic Church; it has received little publicity.
