No new papal teaching on condoms, Father Fessio explains

In a guest column for Reuters, Father Joseph Fessio-- once a student of the future Pope Benedict, now the Pope's English-language publisher-- explains that the Pontiff did not intend any alteration in the Church's teaching on condom use.
