Dissident Belgian Catholics form parishes without priests

The New York Times reports on the “ecclesia” movement in Belgium, in which groups of dissident Catholics gather to conduct their own priestless rituals, imitating the Catholic Eucharistic liturgy. The movement is based on the assumption that lay people can administer their own sacraments.

Well this seems just the thing to suit those "Catholics" who say that we are all priests (misunderstanding church teaching) and thus should be able to administer the sacraments.
