Ex-priest faces charges in alleged murder plot

Texas police have arrested a suspended Catholic priest, charging that he had attempted arrange the murder of a young man who had accused him of sexual abuse.
John Fiala, who has been removed from ministry after abuse complaints, faces a charge of murder solicitation. He allegedly offered to pay a man to kill the boy who filed a lawsuit, claiming that Fiala had raped him at gunpoint.
