Obama administration backs Arizona tax credit for families using religious schools

The Obama administration has sided with Arizona parents in a Supreme Court case involving tax credits for families with children in religious schools. Acting Solicitor General Neal Kaytal has argued that a tax credit, given to parents, cannot be interpreted as a state establishment of religion.
