Australia to restrict commercial use of Bl. Mary MacKillop's name
Catholic World News - October 11, 2010

The government will set high standards for trademark applications involving the use of Mary MacKillop’s name, acknowledging “the significance of the canonization of Mary MacKillop for millions of Australians,” a spokesman for the prime minister said.
