New York parents sue Catholic school for requiring vaccinations
CWN - September 15, 2010
A New York couple is bringing suit against a Catholic school for refusing to admit a boy who has not received the vaccinations required by current state policies.
Andrea and Paul Polydor argue that Kellenberg Memorial High School should exempt their child from the medical requirement because of their religious belief that the vaccinations are “a violation of God’s supreme authority.” Their case could be relevant to the concerns of Catholics and others who object to the use of vaccines derived from the tissues of aborted children.
