New York diocese removes deacon following abuse allegation

A diocese in upstate New York has removed a permanent deacon from active ministry after determining that an abuse allegation against him was credible. Deacon Angel Garcia denies the allegation, which dates back to the time before his ordination in the Diocese of Albany.
