Schismatic Kenyan sect names new bishop

The Independent Catholic Charismatic Church of Kenya, which claims a following of 10,000 faithful, ordained its ninth bishop in an August 21 ceremony. The sect copies the liturgy of the Catholic Church while dissenting from some Church doctrines and disciplines; its bishops are allowed to marry.
