Oregon man claims abuse by deceased priest

Catholic World News - May 21, 2010

An Oregon man has filed a $2.8-million suit against the Archdiocese of Portland, alleging he was raped at in the 1970s at the age of eight or nine by his parish priest. The allegation is the first against the priest, who died in 1995.
