New Vatican accord with German state

The Vatican has announced a new accord with the German state of Lower Saxony, amending a previous accord that dates back to 1965. A brief Vatican announcement explained that the new agreement "regulates the accord between the Holy See and Lower Saxony and regulates the juridical position of some Catholic schools administered by the diocese of Hildesheim, Osnabruck, and Munster en ese Land."
