Retired Wisconsin priest suspended following accusation

A retired priest of the Diocese of Superior has been suspended following an allegation of inappropriate sexual contact with a 19-year-old man. Father Robert Urban, a former editor of the diocesan newspaper, retired 13 years ago and is now 77.
