Canadian PM will not allow debate on abortion

Canada's Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper has smashed any hopes that pro-lifers might have had for altering the country's permissive law, telling a reporter that "this government will not open the abortion debate and will not allow another opening of the abortion debate."
