Guatemala: Bishop’s murderer could be freed from prison

Human rights group condemned a judge’s decision to release the murderer of a Guatemalan bishop. The judge ruled that Col. Byron Lima, who was convicted in the 1998 bludgeoning of 75-year-old Auxiliary Bishop Juan Gerardi, could be released from prison 10 years early because of good behavior.
