Vatican cardinal urges fellow Ghana natives to return home

Cardinal Peter Appiah Turkson, the president of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, has encouraged his fellow natives of Ghana who are living abroad to return to their homeland. The cardinal said that immigration has caused a "brain drain" that compromises Ghana's future prospects.
