Malaysia arrests 8 suspected of anti-Christian violence
Catholic World News - January 20, 2010
Authorities in Malaysia have announced the arrest of 8 young Muslims who will be charged with setting fire to a Protestant church in Kuala Lumpur, the nation’s capital city. The Assembly of God church was one of 11 Christian churches that were attacked by mobs after a court ruling authorized the nation’s Catholic newspaper to use the word “Allah” in references to God.
