Dominican nun, former Planned Parenthood escort, continues support for abortion

December 09, 2009

A Dominican nun who gained national notoriety by working as an escort at a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Chicago has applauded US Senators who voted against a pro-life amendment to the pending health-care reform legislation. Sister Donna Quinn—who quit her volunteer work with Planned Parenthood under pressure from local Church leaders—reports that she has sent thank-you notes to abortion supporters who lobbied their senators against the pro-life amendment. Sister Quinn expressed satisfaction that the amendment was defeated on the feast of the Immaculate Conception, saying that the Virgin Mary was “one of the first women in the New Testament to express ‘choice.’”

I am absolutely disgusted by this woman's actions and statements, when will someone in authority act for the sake of all that is good and holy. Mary our dearest mother, please pray for the conversion of this lost soul.

What is the matter with this nun? She has really gone over to the dark side! The Virgin Mary's choice was to do God's will. Since Quinn is still running amok I can only wonder about the state of the Dominicans with which she is associated.

“one of the first women in the New Testament to express ‘choice.’” So was Salome.

Quinn said to the Chicago Tribune: “I was reminded of being with men and women from the Unitarian faith tradition last year as they celebrated Mary who by her assent, they believed, was one of the first women in the New Testament to express Choice." The Unitarian Church and Quinn seem like a match made - well, NOT in Heaven, but ?? Quinn is a heretic. She should be excommunicated NOW.

I presume that the reason this idiot is not excommunicated is that she is obviously non compus mentis. You can't hold people in the throes of dementia responsible for their actions.

Time to cut her loose. Enough is enough.
