South Korea: doctors urge government to enforce abortion ban

Although the country's law theoretically bars the practice, about 350,000 abortions are performed in South Korea each year-- nearly equal to the nation's 450,000 births. An organization of obstetricians-- including a few former abortionists-- is urging authorities to enforce the ban.
