Pakistan: Thousands of Muslims destroy Christian village

Using firearms and explosives, thousands of Muslims destroyed the Christian village of Korian in the province of Punjab in eastern Pakistan. A Christian family in the village had been accused of blaspheming Islam.
“One cannot but weep upon seeing the trail of destruction left behind,” said Father Aftab James Paul, director of of the Diocese of Faisalabad’s commission for interfaith ialogue.
