Council of Cardinals hears plan for reorganization of Vatican communications

CWN Editor's Note: The Council of Cardinals concluded a three-day meeting on December 13. Continuing its discussions of Vatican reform, the Council spoke about the Congregations for Clergy, for Evangelization, and for Catholic Education.
Msgr. Dario Edoardo Vigano, prefect of the Secretariat for Communications, reported on the consolidation of the Vatican’s media operations, and presented a demonstration of new multimedia capabilities.
This was the 22nd meeting of the Council of Cardinals. The next meeting is scheduled for February 2018.
