Study: Prior abortion greatly raises risk of premature birth

A study presented at the annual meeting of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology found that a prior abortion raised the risk of a premature birth by 20% and that multiple prior abortions raised the risk of a premature birth by 90%.
