Anglican bishop sees faith disappearing within a generation

An Anglican bishop has proclaimed that "Christian Britain is dead," and expressed the fear that the Church of England will vanish in the face of declining church attendance, rising secularism, and a general loss of respect for Christian principles. "At this rate it is hard to see the church surviving for more than 30 years though few of its leaders are prepared to face that possibility," said Bishop Paul Richardson.
