Anglican bishops of Uganda embrace new American group

The Anglican bishops of Uganda have announced their full support for the newly organized Anglican Church in North America. The Ugandan bishops-- who have been at odds with mainstream Anglican leaders over the ordination of women and the acceptance of homosexuality-- extended full communion to the conservative American group, which is itself in rebellion against the Episcopal Church USA.
