YouTube removes video exposing Planned Parenthood
CWN - June 25, 2009
YouTube has removed a video that exposes unethical and possibly illegal counseling at a Planned Parenthood clinic, saying that posting of the video was in "violation of the YouTube Community Guidelines." The video was submitted by Live Action, the student group that has used undercover investigations to document misconduct at several Planned Parenthood facilities. Lila Rose, the president of Live Action, said that the video should be made available on YouTube again. She explained: "YouTube's own 'Community Guideline Tips' advise that intense or disturbing imaging should be 'balanced with additional context and information,' which is exactly what Live Action has done."
