Catholic media pressure on Berlusconi mounts

The Italian Catholic magazine Famiglia Cristiana has lamented the cloud of scandal that surrounds Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. “There must be limits,” the publication noted in an editorial. “Those limits of decency have been exceeded. Those who have power, even with wide popular mandate, cannot claim they are in ethics-free territory.”
