Nebraska: Church seeks 'conscience clause' for psychologists

Church leaders in Nebraska are asking for "conscience clause" protection for psychologists, protecting their right to refrain from providing "marital" counseling for homosexual couples, and ensuring that the psychologists could not be forced by law to provide referrals to professionals with whom they had conscientious disagreements.
