Pope-emeritus Benedict praises Mother Angelica

Pope-emeritus Benedict paid tribute to the late Mother Angelica during a December 15 meeting with journalists from the Catholic News Agency—which is affiliated with the EWTN network that Mother Angelica founded.

“Mother Angelica was a great woman, very brave,” the retired Pontiff said.
